Delivery of Goods
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery with in the UK, Orders WORLD WIDE please allow 5-10 days unless its a custom job which could take up to 2-3 weeks. Orders paid by cheque or postal order require clearance of funds before goods will be dispatched. Delivery is via Royal Mail and subject to their normal terms and conditions. RB Replicas reserves the right to deliver goods in part. Delivery of goods constitutes fulfilment of order.

Cancellation
If the customer is unhappy with the products ordered, in full or part, they can be returned within 20 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in original condition and include any promotional products received. Customers must include a covering note explaining reasons for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RB Replicas advises customers to use special delivery and to retain proof of postage. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

Loss or Damage
RB Replicas responsibility for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit, is limited to replacement or refunds of the items, at the customer’s choice.
